Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-10

By adding Wakebound to a server or playing it, you agree to these terms. If you do not, remove the bot or stop playing.

Acceptance and eligibility

You must be old enough to use Discord (13 or your country’s minimum age). If you add the bot to a server, you confirm you may do so there.

The service

Wakebound is a free Discord game of portals, solo runs and cooperative raids. It sells nothing and asks for no payment. Characters, places and stories are fiction. Items, gold, levels and other progress are virtual: they have no value outside the game and cannot be traded for money. The game, its rules and its content can change at any time, and the service can be paused or shut down, with or without notice. If the service ends, its data is deleted.

Acceptable use

We can limit or remove a player’s or a server’s access if these rules are broken.

Server owners and admins

People with the right permissions decide where the bot posts and who can use it. They can reset or delete the server’s data from /config (see the Privacy Policy), and they are responsible for how the bot is used in their server.

Third-party services

Wakebound runs on Discord and may be listed on bot sites such as top.gg. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimer and liability

The bot is offered as it is, with no promise that it will always be available, free of bugs, or that progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.

Termination

You can stop at any time by removing the bot from your server. We can end access as described under Acceptable use, or end the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the bot after a change means you accept it.

Contact

Wakebound is run by Otavio Augusto Soares, an individual. Write to tavinq@hotmail.com or ask on the support server.
